Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are intended to ensure transparency, safety, and seamless service throughout your experience.
We invite you to read them mindfully.

1. Journey Personalization

Each pilgrimage is uniquely curated. All experiences, rituals, and services are thoughtfully customized based on individual preferences, health considerations, and spiritual intent. Final itineraries are confirmed after a one-on-one consultation.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

Prices shared on the website are indicative and may vary based on the season, accommodation preferences, bespoke inclusions, and number of travelers. Your personalized quote will detail all inclusions — such as luxury stays, transfers, curated experiences, wellness rituals, meals, and spritual services.

3. Booking Process

A dedicated Experience Host will walk with you through the booking process. A confirmation deposit is required to begin crafting your journey. Specific terms, payment schedules, and cancellation policies will be shared at this stage with full transparency.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Our journeys are handcrafted and often involve rare access to sacred rituals and accommodations. In case of date changes or cancellations, we offer flexible rescheduling where possible. Refunds or credits depend on the terms of our partners and temple authorities. These will be clearly communicated prior to booking.

5. Travel & Wellness Support

We request that all health conditions, mobility needs (such as wheelchair assistance), or dietary requirements be shared in advance. Our team will ensure you are cared for with sensitivity and professionalism throughout your journey.

6. Respectful Conduct

We travel through places held sacred for centuries. We ask all guests to enter with humility, respect temple customs, dress modestly, and embrace local cultural etiquette. Pilgrimages are more than experiences — they are offerings.

7. Photography & Privacy

Personal photography is allowed in designated areas. For professional or discreet documentation services, consent will always be taken. We respect your privacy and the sanctity of each moment.

8. Safety, Weather & Force Majeure

Your wellbeing is our highest priority. We work only with verified, experienced partners for transportation, lodging, and wellness care. However, certain factors — such as extreme weather, political unrest, natural calamities, or temple closures — may necessitate changes in the itinerary.

In such cases:

• We will offer alternate experiences of equal sanctity and value.
• Force majeure events are not eligible for refunds, but we will support rescheduling or credits wherever possible.

Every journey is held with intention — and adapted with grace when required.

With Grace and Intention

We are honoured to walk this sacred path with you.
You are not just booking a tour — you are stepping into transformation.

For more detailed Terms & Conditions, our team will share a personalized version during your journey planning.

“May each step bless the soul, and every moment carry meaning.”
